AIT-STEIN Group joins the Galilé Group « a key player in Industry 4.0 »
The acquisition of the three companies “Air industrie Thermique SA, Stein Energy SAS, and Brown Fintube France SA” on July 7th, 2022, will enable the Galilé Group to complete its offer of innovative solutions for French Industry and intensifies its territorial anchorage.
Through this acquisition, the Galilé Group is accelerating its development to become a key player in energy transition by relying on the reputation and expertise of the AIT-STEIN Group in this field.
With this new development, the Galilé Group confirms its industrial strategy around three axes:
- • Development of tools using artificial intelligence,
- • Digitalization of activities,
- Respect for the environment and industry decarbonization.
These acquisitions are therefore perfectly in line with the Galilé Group’s development strategy, which aims to offer its customers a portfolio of technologies and solutions dedicated in particular to low-carbon energy and responsible industry.
This strategic operation will boost strong synergies between the Galilé Group companies.
Following this operation, the three companies will continue their historical activities under new corporate names:
- Air Industrie Thermique SA has been renamed Air Industrie Transition SAS.
- Stein Energy SAS has been renamed Stein Energy Boilers SAS.
- Brown Fintube France SA has been renamed Brown Fintube France Energy SAS.

Stein Energy SAS has the most elaborate numerical simulation technologies in all fields concerning the boiler (choice of materials, high temperatures and pressures, discharge quality) order to optimize the energy performance from the design stage and to ensure an optimum operational efficiency.
In addition to design and construction, Stein Energy provides start-up, maintenance, personnel training and after-sales service.

Since 1965, Brown Fintube France SA has positioned itself in a niche market (refining, oil and petrochemicals) with recognized know-how in the design and manufacture of Hairpin heat exchangers and bayonet tube vaporizers.
Brown Fintube France SA has also developed equipment’s for other industrial applications: hydrogen, nuclear, etc.
